Assasins attempt (Everyone)

"Anything else I need to know?" Thomas asked

Jack took cover behind a car and then said to Thomas, "I dont want to kill you but I will if I have to."

Thomas lowered his gun, "Easy there Jack" he said to him, his voice calm, "What are you doing here?" he asked

" This is not your buisness, and I will shoot you if I have too, and a wont give a second thought about it." Said Jack as he aimed the gun a Thomas.

Thomas, falling back on his SAS training, managed to disarm Jack and turn the tables on him

Being disarmed, Jack kicked Thomas in the adomen and then ran.

Thomas took the blow, then ran after him

Jack stoped at a dead end, then saw Thomas coming after him, Jack was trap real good now.

Thomas slowed down as he entered, going on what little he knew of Jack, he staid alert, remembering his training from the SAS

"Whats your name officer? and do you know who you're messing with?" Said Jack, quick dashing foward grabing Thomas's gun and then aiming it at Thomas

"Thomas Kelly, CSI Detective 2nd Grade, retired Lieutenant of both the Royal Irish Regiment and 22nd SAS." Thomas replied, keeping his cool as he introduced himself

"You have childrern?" Said Jack as he slowly backed away.

"Yes I do: four" Thomas replied

"Lucky you, they might have just saved your life, Detective." Said Jack as he continued to back away.

"I do not fear death" Thomas replied, a measure of calm and comfort in his voice as he said that

"Good for you, cause if you panick I will shoot you." Said Jack as continued to walk toward the road, a taxi driver stopped when he saw a armed man walking out of the ally and ran, Jack got into the taxi and started to drive away.

Thomas ran after him, but it was too late, he called in the taxi, telling all officers to use extreme caution

Jack was driving near the docks when 2 NYPD cars were chasing him, he drove the car into the sea, getting out on water then he hid on a fishing boat passing by.

the officers looked for Jack, but could not find him

Once the officers left Jack jumped off the boat and swam back to shore, and started heading to a apartment he rented with a false name near the dock, he had alot of them around the city, each with a different name.

Thomas went back to the hospital to check on the senator after the officers reported in

While Thomas was away the assasins managed to get in the hospital and take the senator, the assasins then brought him to the blue van and drove away with the senator.

Thomas called it in when he found out that the senator was taken

John was at the ground, unconciouse, the assasins managed to over power him.

Thomas ran over and tended to John after calling in the senator's kidnapping
