I have a hard time hiding my smile but I seem to manage perfectly fine, I don't move, just lay there with my eyes closed

"Not exactly. Just tell my head to stop pounding.... guess that comes with that cold." I say in a somewhat sad tone and roll onto my side again, one arm folded under my pillow, my head resting on top.
