At home with Lucy! [Lucy]

My case was solved fast today, a suicide. Danny was still working hard on his, so it would be a girls day today. It was around 3 PM so i drove to Lucy's little school to pick her up. Already excited to see her again

hello mummy
I said as I rounded the corner to my mummy's office

( i am coming to pick you up from school Luce x'D and you come around the conner of my office x'D ? I wait for you to add your post x'DD, poor honey, you were so tired and i made you reply )

(haha ok then pick me up from school xD yes it's all your fault xD I was too tired to get what you wrote lol)

(then type that you come running out of your little classroom, and being happy to see your mom again and hug me )

Hey mummy!!!
I shrieked as I run as fast as my little legs could carry me towards mummy to hug her around the legs. It really rarely happened that she picked me up from school.

I saw Lucy running as fast as she could and before i could even bent down so she could hug me proper way she was already clamped around my leg.

"Hey there baby girl" I said when i bent down to pick her up from the ground. I balanced her on my hip when i poked her little button nose. "How was your schoolday?" I asked her while she giggled of my poke.

It was great...I drew a picture
I told her proudly and showed her my picture as she let me down again.

She told me she had drew a picture and i let her down again. She showed me a drawing.

"It's beatiful!" I told her "We should hang it on the refrigerator!" I told her. Hoping she would like that. She had drew our little family including a pet though, but i shall ask her about that later.

I stuck my hand out for her to grab it. "Are you coming?"

ya can you help me tie my shoes?
I sighed again...they had opened again

Se asked me to tie her shoes, wich apparently went loose again. I chuckled when she sighed.

"Of course honey" I said to her and bent down.
I tied her shoes and hold out my hand again. She grabbed it and we walked to the parkinglot together. I was with Danny's car sinse he still had her carseat in his car. He brought her to school this morning, while i was still working from my night shift. I needed sleep, but when i could spent a day with Lucy i sat that to the side.

"Look who sees Daddy's car as first" I said to her.

uhhh I started to look around...till I spotted it...THERE!
I pointed with my little chuppy finger somewhere a dark NYPD SUV was. I started to run down the stairs towards the car.

She spotted the car pretty fast and run down the stairs, letting my hand go.

"Whoa slow it down baby girl!! You might fall!" I shouted at her. She was just going as fast as she did before so i figured she didn't even heard it.

She was already waiting a few minutes when i got to the car. She was already jumping excited infront of the passenger seat door. She was adorable.
I opened the car and pulled the door open. Lucy jumped in her seat and i closed her belt.
When i did that i made my way over to the otherside and sat behind the sterring wheel.
I looked over my shoulder before starting the car and asked Lucy,

"Ready to go, Lucy-Luce"?

yes I clapped my hands to getter and tried to fasten my seatbelt.
what's for lunch mummy?

I smile when she claps her hands. I think for a second when i reply

"Tell me Lucy, today we are gonna do what you want. We are gonna make this a 'girls-day'"

REALLY?!?! I WANT PANCAKES!!!
I shrieked that my mummy's ears were ringing...and I faught a little against my seatbelt because of my excitment.

I laugh at her excitment even though she was screaming through the whole car.

"Well lets go to the shop and buy some pancake mix, shall we?" I ask het almost in the same excited voice as her. She really did love pancakes, like her dad. For me? I hated them.. but to see Lucy or Danny eating them with so much love, it was enough for me to be statisfied. Lucy didn't know i did, i always succeed to hide it from her. So i wasnt hesitating about that this time.

Mummy you want to share a huge pancake with chocolate sirup with me...in teddy's shop? I asked excitingly

I smile at her reply. She really did love pancakes. I sat the not liking pancakes to the side and nodded.

"Of course honey, let's go there!" i said excited.

And starting Danny's car, and drove away from the parkinglot.

Mummy when will we arrive?
we haven't even driven 5 mintues and I asked her when we will arrive- I was very impatient since I couldn't wait for my pancakes.

I laugh when i hear Lucy's question. We haven't even drive for 5 minutes and she was already asking when we would be there.. well then she really had to wait 10 more minutes... if the traffic was letting us.. x'D

"We'll be there soon, sweetie. 10 more minutes" I tell her, it didnt even matter what i said, she would probably ask me a thousand times again.

We drove a bit and then we stopped at a righ light.
Mommy? I'm hungry when will we be there? I asked impatiently and kicked the back of my mummy's seat.

But I don't really wanna wait anymore mommy...I'm really hungry

I told her...and I started fighting against my seatbelt.
